OVERVIEW

About Right to the Heart of Women Ezine

We currently have over 12,500 subscribers around the globe and our ezine is viewed over 50,000 times a month. We typically receive up to 100 - 200 new subscribers a week. We grow by over 3,000 subscribers a year and have a very high retention rate. Our ezine is read by women's ministry leaders and the women they serve - across America and around the world.

We have been publishing since 1999. Our major advertisers, Jubilant Press, Right to the Heart of Women Conference, The Potluck Club Series, Write Away Weekend and Find Christian Speakers, report continued success with their advertisements.

Ads in Right to the Heart of Women Ezine work in both the short and long term for advertisers. Over time, advertisers build brand awareness and good feelings accompanying their synergistic relationship with Right to the Heart of Women Ezine. (Right to the Heart of Women Ezine has a tremendous amount of goodwill and respect amoung the women leaders of the church.) In the short term, advertisers can highlight new products or announce new promotions, attract readers to particular portions of their Web sites, run contests, run special deals, and so on.

We reserve the right to refuse any sponsorship without explanation.

Types of Ads

There are two ways to advertise in the weekly Right to the Heart of Women Ezine newsletter:


Right to the Heart of Women Ezine Ad (in the classified section of the ezine) These ads are up to 40 words with hyperlink.
Cost:
* $50 for 1 time
* $150 for 4 issues
* $400 for 13 issues
* $500 for 26 issues


Book or Speaker Ads - In body of ezine. These ads are up to 50 words with a jpeg picture, and includes a hyperlink. Only speakers with AWSA or Find Christian Speakers may have a 'speaker' ad, unless special arrangements have been made.. Book ads are subject to approval.
Cost:
* $70 for 1 time
* $200 for 4 issues
* $500 for 13 issues
* $750 for 26 issues

Specifications for ads

  • Each posting is limited to 25 or 50 words describing the product, service or announcement. If you have more information, your posting can have a hyperlink that readers can click on to go to a Web site where there will be more details. (The link is not included in the word limit.) Count each word in hyphenated words: "Father-in-law" is counted as three words. Phone numbers and URLs are each one word.
  • We will include "http://" in your URL to make it a hyperlink. Various email programs make URLs hyperlinks, but we've found that most of them hyperlink URLs if the http:// is included.
  • We do not use all caps titles (e.g., BEST IN THE BUSINESS) -- it reads like shouting to us, and some documents with words in all caps are blocked as spam by some ISPs. If you want to offset key words or phrases use an asterisk before and after (e.g., *Best* in the business).
  • You can not use the word 'FREE' as this word will tag our ezine as spam and it will be undeliverable. We may have to substitute of put an '*' or other character(s) into a word that we believe will be a problem with the spam filters.
  • An ad is all one paragraph, not "stacked" in separate lines or paragraphs. The URL is offset at the end for easy clicking.
  • You can change your ad, if you meet our deadline, with no charge. Just email us your new wording and we'll change it for the next issue.
  • We try to be fair in the placement of the ads.
  • Sponsor ads are posted in the order in which they were placed.

  1. Deadline is each Tuesday at midnight (Central). NOTE: (If there is no ad space available for the upcoming issue, or if the issue is already closed for any other reason, you will be advised as soon as possible.)
  2. Payment must be received in advance.
  3. Email your advertising copy to rtthwomen@aol.com. Tell us how long you want the ad to run. Or fill out form, Click Here.
