Dear Friend,
Have you noticed the darkness creeping over our land?
" Mom is depressed.
" Dad is never home.
" The family no longer goes to church.
Why?
The answer is hidden in Titus 2: 3-5. Sure, you're read these Scriptures before. But read them anew to discover the illuminating solution:
"Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the
way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach
what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands
and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind,
and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of
God."
- New International Version
Here's why this Word is so important: It PROVES women need mentors.
Since many of today's families are on the move across town or across the country, Mom loses her connection with the older women of her family. Even when she finds a church home, the lack of women's ministry programs prevents her from getting the mentoring she needs.
It's shocking: Not only are today's mothers in the dark, but so are today's wives, single women, and older women. Why? There is no one to light their way because there is very little training to help women reach women.
It doesn't make sense. If you want to strengthen the family,
the church, or the nation, you
must strengthen women - all women: mothers, sisters, aunts, grandmothers,
singles, wives, and younger women.
Right to the Heart of Women wants to mentor the women who mentor. Consider this:
1. Our Right to the Heart of Women's Ministry Seminar is August 6-7 in Saint Louis, Missouri. The conference strengthens the women's ministry in local churches as well as the nation's churches. Over 100 churches will be involved. Attendees will go back to their own churches to mentor its women, and in turn, lift the darkness in homes and communities. 2. The Right To The Heart of Women's Electronic Magazine goes to over 3000 women of the church to encourage, equip, and inspire them to mentor. This ministry has amazing results in educating and equipping the churchwomen. See www.RightToTheHeartOfWomen.com.
"Sounds great!" you might say. It is, but here's what is holding us back: We don't have the money to pull off our ministry plan. That's why we need your help.

Right to the Heart of Women Conference - We are planning our first national conference in partnership with Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI. We will have a women's church leaders track, but we will also have headliner keynotes plus workshops to meet the needs of women of the church and community. The workshops will include topics on marriage, parenting, grief recovery and more.

AWSA - The Advanced Writers and Speakers Association - was founded in September of 2000. It is an association to encourage and equip those women communicators of the church who both write books and speak nationally. The members of the group are from around the country.

The Golden Scroll Awards - This three year-old event is sponsored by the members of AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association.) The purpose of this event is to encourage and inspire the CBA (Christian Booksellers Association) publishing community by recognizing the editors and publishing houses who best demonstrate an outstanding ministry partnership with their authors.

Evans Shepherd, as the co-hosts of this fast-paced. weekly program.

International Ministry Training Conference - Bestselling AWSA author, LeAnn Weiss, feels called to go into the world and train nationals through the Right to the Heart International Ministries Conference. These tips to various parts of the world would take a team of 4 to 8 speakers to teach several conferences for different ministry groups including: 1) Writers; 2) Women's ministry leaders and 3) Pastors - all at a single, week long event.
