Cheese-Pear Crostini

Great Hors d’oeuvers

1 long small French bread
1/3 cup pumpkin seed oil
4 to 6 oz of cheese….cheedar, feta or stilton
3 pears of your choice, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup toasted nuts or pumpkin seeds ( I like pine nuts)
Oven 375
Slice bread into thin slices and brush with the pumpkin seed oil
Bake until brown…about 8 minutes
Remove from overn and top with cheese and pears
Sprinkle with nuts.
