2 # of beef cut into1 inch cubes
1 – 2 Large onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 small can of tomato sauce
2 T of paprika
2 tsp salt
2 Tab Worchestershire sauce
1 Tab Brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup water
1 Tab vinegar
1/4 cup flour to make gravy
Place meat into Crock Pot and cover with the sliced onions
Combine the garlic, tomato sauce Worchestershire sauce, sugar, salt
Paprika, salt, brown sugar, mustard and mix well. Then add the water
And stir until all is mixed. Pour over the meat and cover with lid.
Cook on low for 9 – 10 hours. Then turn control to high. Dissolve flour
In small amount of cold water, and stir into the meat mixture. Cook on high
For about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve over wide noodles.
