Curried Chicken Tea Sandwich
- 2 cups cooked and chopped chicken breasts (or 1 large can of canned chicken, drained)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
- 1/2 tsp. of curry powder.
Mix above together - spread on buttered bread, trim crusts and cut into desired shapes. Makes 20 tea sandwiches shapes.
