Symphony Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or 325 for a glass baking pan. Line a 11-by-7-inch baking pans with foil, grease lightly; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, prepare both brownie mixes according to package directions, using 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup oil. Stir in walnuts. Spread half the batter evenly into prepared pan. Place unwrapped chocolate bars and place on top of batter. Pour remaining batter over bars. Bake 44 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it. Remove pan from oven and let cool before turning upside down to release brownie. Let brownie chill for a few minutes in refrigerator before peeling foil off brownie. Once cool, use a serated or plastic knife to cut brownies into individual servings.
