AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association) is made up of over 250 of the top Christian women communicators who both publish books and speak around the country. The organization was founded in 2000 by author and speaker Linda Evans Shepherd. It is a ministry of Right to the Heart, a 501 (c) 3.

The group exists so these busy road warriors will have a place of encouragement, training and prayer support. The members are friends and encourage one another through their daily email loop, prayer team, and monthly day of prayer and fasting for one another. For information about membership, click HERE.

The AWSAs meets yearly for both their annual conference and their Golden Scroll Awards Banquet. The Golden Scroll Awards go to distinguished members of the ICRS publishing community who best partner in ministry with their authors.

The awards include the AWSA Publisher and Editor of the Year Awards, as well as AWSA Member of the Year and the God Allows U-turns Strength of Choice Award.
